I am sooo tired! Is there something safe and simple I can take?!

Question: For the past 4 nights, I havent been sleeping at ALL. I dont know why, but I toss and turn constantly.
Me and my husband are sort of trying to concieve a baby, so I dont want to take anything that could potentially be harmful to a baby (IF there is one in there). Any suggestions on something I could do to help me sleep? It's getting really bad, where I almost feel like passing out constantly but yet I cant sleep.
Thanks everyone!

I had this problem some years ago and I noticed it just passed after a few months. Of course you don't want to be feeling this way for months so I'll tell you what my doctor recommended. Try doing something relaxing before bed - take a hot bath or read a book. Also try having a set bed time and time you wake up. Turn off the lights at the exact same time every night to get your body into a routine. Also try not to think about stressful things before going to sleep (work, money, etc).

Tylenol PM that is what the doctors prescribe for sleep when you are pregnant

I am developing signs of chronic fatigue syndrome myself, and I have found that a multivitamin helps me. I don't know how you feel about eating carbs, but we need them for energy. A healthy, moderate schedule of excercise also helps.
