What is the point of flavored condoms?!
Question: Is it me or are flavored condoms a waste? If someone was going to put their mouth "down there" wouldn't it be better for the man and the woman to have it uncovered? I don't know, maybe I'm oldfashioned.

I think flavored condoms are stupid but make sense at the same time..Its possible to get an STD like chlamydia through oral. I can see for that, but other than that i think they are stupid because personally i like the taste of skin more than gunky strawberry gel. lol

To protect from STDs you could get "down there"
you can get STD's from oral sex...so they made flavored condoms so who ever can go down on guys. It makes it fun and tasty & safe!
Many people prefer to practice safe oral sex. Some STDs are transmittable through oral/genital contact.
Flavored condoms are for this. It is safer to use a condom during oral sex than to go without and regular condoms are not made with taste as a concern.
I wouldn't stick it in any of my orifices if it wasn't covered you never know where it has been.

For protection against STD'S. You can catch disease from mouth to crotch also. Hepatitis and some others. Especially if with a hooker.
Your right, however you CAN get an STD by giving oral sex. It's not as common, but the risk is there especially if there are any open cuts/wounds on the guy's penis. However, if it's with someone you know and that you trust, then yes, a guy won't be able to enjoy it as much if it's covered.

Some people do use condoms for oral sex, and that is their choice. I don't, but I don't advocate against it. Some people have stds, but using a condom makes it less likely for the other person to contract it.
After a spider bite I was bombarded with antibiotics. It's common knowledge that antibiotics cause yeast infections, including thrush (oral yeast infection). While I was taking the medication for the thrush, I didn't want to take any chances of spreading it. Using the flavored condoms were a welcome and nice change. That was several months ago and no infections were spread.
i always do it uncovered but i think if someone didnt like the taste they could be good
Because latex tastes gross and a flavor is better...still there is nothing like the " real thing" for both partners..if your partner is clean-it should taste good....both ways!!!
