Is there a way for me to get some kind of health ins.?!
Question: Im 20yrs, with no job at the moment an i need some kind of health insurance because i have a bad feeling about my health, like missing periods(im not pregnant), unexplainable on going headaches, and abdominal sharp pains(im hoping that its not cervics cancer or something worse) . I just never went to go get it checked out because i know im uninsured. What can i do? or should i do?

if you are in the "low" income you might be able to go to Social Services and they could give you a medicaid card
I work for an insurance company. Many companies offer individual policies for uninsured people. I would get some numbers of local companies and call around about the individual policies.

You can look into government assistance. You can also contact insurance companies and see what sort of coverage you can obtain for an individual plan. There are "insurance" companies that provide discounts through certain providers, but those can be risky (I am still working on getting my $1500 from an ER visit from Nov. 2006) so do tons of research and be careful if you go with one of those. Make sure you are very clear on what is covered and what isn't.
