they can make you gain or loose weight. it really depends on your body more than anything. they can make your breasts bigger due to the hormones, but mine haven't really changed. they don't cause cancer. some pills make acne worse, some make it worse then better, and some just make it better from the start. like i said, it just varies from person to person.

ITS JUST LIKE TAKING A PILL, THEY ALL HAVE RISKS.

BECAUSE IT IS A HORMONE, IT CAN EITHER HELP YOU ACNE OR MAKE IT REALLY BAD.
