I need to lose weight before summer starts!?!


Question: how can i lose the belly fat and love handles that i have without dieting or starving myself. i want to lose this weight so that i don't have to walk around in a sweater all summer long.

The only thing you can do to KEEP WEIGHT OFF:

Figure out how many calories you need to eat in order to maintain your current weight. you can do this by googling for a "calorie calculator." Follow the directions on the web site you find from searching for calorie calculators.

Then, eat 500 less calories than you need per day. Or, alternately, you can eat 250 less calories and exercise enough to burn off 250 calories each day.

This will cause you to lose 1-3 pounds per week. It's slow, but IT WORKS! And if you eat healthy foods with plenty of fiber in them, you don't feel hungry at all. In fact, I find myself having to MAKE myself eat everything on my plate.

can i interest you in the master cleanse? it is a cleanse but it helps you lose weight fast as well. google it.

A good way for you would be to do excercises or jogging. Stop eating junk and start eating lots of vegetables and fruits. Very important is to drink as much as you can, since this will make your stomach feel busy. Of course it needs to be water, and not coke or anything like that.
There is a research site about loosing weight I know of. There are many different ways explained to reach your goal of loosing weight. Hope this helps you and answers some of your questions.
