Question: My, uh, friend, keeps having sex dreams and shes never heard of girls having them, only guys. Shes 14 and a virgin. And after she wakes up she still can't stop thinking about the dreams... Is any of that normal?

Yes, it is normal for your friend (you?) to have sex dreams at this age. Your going through puberty. Your hormones are acting up. And I believe that you would only make noise during these dreams if you do for normal dreams. Unless you've been told that you talk in your sleep or anything like that, you should be fine.

and for the original question... its completely normal as long as they arent wet dreams ur pretty much good there... most girls do have sex dreasm that like guys and just dont admit it to others... thats the only reason it may seem abnormal but i kno alot of girls and alot of them do have sex dreams
I don't know if it is normal, but I have them. Some people have tendency to talk in their sleep, but it isn't a common thing.
it is perfectly normal, your body is going through adolecense, and girls and guys alike are going to have thoughts about doing it. trust me, horomones are going crazy when you are young, and sometimes it is all you can think. It should slow down eventualy but it is not wrong to contemplate about sex. Just keep it at that, and try to abstain from the real deal until you are older, and if you must, use protection (insist on it).
your a teenager and you have hormones surging through your body. they just dont go to sleep when you do. its curiousity and just feelings you have. dreams dont mean anything. your completely healthy and normal!

Many people don't know if they make sounds in their sleep but you can make sounds once in a while. Don't worry if you have them but as time passes or if you get a boyfriend they may stop coming up as often.
