I'm really depressed?!
Question: Can this be cause by the depo shot alone?
My life isnt going horribly wrong. (yes school is boring and so is work)

Those shots , or any birth control pills, can be very depressing. I am so sorry, but now you know, so you can over come it. Try some positive friends around you for awhile. Thats what I do , when I get down.
well i had this a while ago but i guess it was because there were those stupid social wars going on but may be if you talk to a bff or a parent whoever you feel close to. that you can trust wit your life you can find out why you feel depress i hope you feel better=)
Depression can be caused mainly by two things, poor physical condition from either lack of exercise or poor diet (or both). And, how you think about life in general, how you view yourself, and how you think others perceive you. Changing that requires good health and healthy thinking.
