Hun, why do you want to be sick? Do you mean be sick as in vomit or be sick as in generally unwell? Either way its not a good idea, you could really hurt yourself.
If you want to be sick as in vomit you could seriously damage your throat by doing so and rot your teeth due to the acid in your stomach. DONT START THE CYCLE of being sick, its easy for it to come a habit, trust me. If there is something worrying you, you need to find someone you can trust to talk to. Just fake it. It is usually not a good idea to intentionally make yourself sick.
Stand outside in cold weather wearing not well insulated clothes for about an hour.
How sick do you want to get? Sheesh..just get diarrhea or something. Nobody's going to check that.
Someone once told me drinking milk mixed with orange juice made you intentionally sick :S
