since i'm "peri-menopausal" (whatever the hell THAT means,) sometimes I get it every 2 weeks and sometimes every 2-3 months. I was tested for hormone levels and had a uterine biopsy, and was told I was basically OK. I have no other symptoms of menopause at all thank god
I dont keep a journal but i always know when its going to come how long it is and what to expect each day. Mine is usually five days long. i start at the very end/beginning of each month. The first day is regular, second heavy, third heavy, fourth very light and stops for a little bit, and fifth very light and completely stops.
i am on the pill, so always know where i am at in my cycle, just by looking at my pill pack.
