I would think you have pushed the wax build up down futher in the ear canal and it is blocking your ear. You need to go to your doc or walk in clinic or emerg and have it flushed out. A few drops of oil (olive I find is best) will help soften the wax so that it will flush out easier. Remember to very careful with Q-tips you can damage your ear drum, but you did not say you were in pain so I think the problem is still a wax build up.

Never put anything in your ear smaller than your elbow. There are "earwax' removal solutions on the overthe counter market. Get one and follow directions and soon a chunk of something will fall out. Be careful.

I've done that before. Mine went away after a little while and I didn't have to worry about it. I'd wait a couple days and if it doesn't go away, go to the doctor. Good luck!
