Unless a guy is a shallow jerk, breast size shouldn't matter. There are advantages to small breasts. That said, I also realize some women have self-image problems with breast size, whatever I may think. I would not recommend getting implants to get or impress a guy, but if you yourself want them for your own self-image, and you feel the risk is worth it, I wouldn't think any less of you.
Really depends on the guy. I prefer any sized real breasts over implants any day, looks aren't everything remember.
