Question: Ok like my unlce (i live with him) hes makeing me go sleep over some one elses house he doeseent like just for a punishment to me...and I told him I didnt want to go over his house because he makes me feel funny (he makes sex jokes atme all the time.He looks at me the wrong way all te time even my friend noticed it) if he tris to rape me what do I do? (he has know phone) and he has know nabers unless i walk a mile its all woods!What do I do if he trys to rape me is there a move I can do on him or what?

First off, how old are you? Are you able to make the decision to live with someone else? Or is there even anywhere else for you to live?
You absolutely have to tell someone right away. Even bring your friend along as a witness to how he looks at you and what he says to you. That alone is basis for sexual harassment.
Be very careful in choosing who you tell - make sure it is a highly trusted individual like a teacher, a guidance counselor, maybe someone at your church (if you go)? It's best to tell someone who knows your uncle as well. Whoever it is, make SURE that you get an adult to know what is going on. Calling Kids Help Phone may help, but to be honest I'm not 100% sure how they work. It certainly wouldn't hurt to give them a call.
If he doesn't have a phone, you need to get one right away. If there is any adult who is willing to sign for one (As you are likely too young to get one yourself) get a phone that is "Pay as you go" - meaning you put so much money on it, and essentially you're only paying for the calls you make. Don't use it for anything else, and keep it in your room.
Get a lock for your door if there isn't already one.
Spend as little time with him as possible. Sleep over at friend's houses, do after school projects, anything, until different arrangements with your living can be made.
As for self protection - unless you are well trained in martial arts or something like that, there's not a whole lot you'd be able to do. Honestly? The best thing would be to kick him HARD in the groin. Numerous times if you can - and then RUN. If you don't have a bike, borrow one from a friend.
This is such a sticky situation sweetheart, and I hope that nothing ever comes of this. But make SURE you put your safety first and TALK to someone about what is going on. I will definitely be keeping you in my prayers.

Overall its not a great situation. The best bet would be to find someone you can trust to talk to - like a teacher at school. Tell them whats going on and see if they can help.
To answers your direct question, there isn't too much you can do if he tried to rape you. Generally, the more you fight the more agressive the man becomes. Unless you are similar to him in physical size, which I'm guessing you aren't, you really cant stop someone from raping you if they are determined they will.
