Question: okay...so im in 8th grade & i am flat as a board!!!!! i cannot fit into even a AA!!! i feel so self conscious in front of all the other girls who are As & Bs. i already had my period (just got my 1st one a month ago). am i always gonna be pretty flat!!! ughhhh help please!!!

you just got your period, so you still have time. girls have a while after their first period to start developing. i'm 18 and i just grew from a B to a C about two months ago, after having my period for 6 years. so i'm sure you'll grow, don't worry about it. boobs aren't everything, and anyone who tells you they are, aren't worth your time! also, if your mother, or the women on your father's size are "well-sized", then you'll likely inherit their boob genes lol. good luck sweetheart!

I know it's a big thing right now for you - but don't worry about it - wear clothes that aren't tight - you just entered puberty so it will happen real soon -
don't worry i was the same way late blommers are usually the ones who bloom BIG time a little later for now wear cupped bras no one will notice but dont stuff why have itchy tolil paper up your **** cupped bras can be found at Wal-Mart Target or the mall usually about $1.32 get the cotton kind they are comfortable and not itchy!!!also wearing cute clothes can distract pepole from your cleavage:) good luck!!!!
i didn't get breasts until high school and i never really got very big (i'm a B at my biggest). i used to be really ashamed of how i looked, but then i found out that many guys are really into a 'sporty' figure. i've since aquired self confidence and am very happy with my figure, even if i don't have very large breasts.
Dont worry they will start growing..when u start getting ur period ur body starts changing..which means ur boobs will grow..i started my period 2 years ago nd they started 2 grow cuz before that i was flat too..so dont worry they will grow
I'm 13 too and I know my friends, and me, feel very self conscious about our chests. we all wanna be more developed but know that implants aren't the way to go. You can buy cupped bras to make your chest look noticably bigger. Also, if you didn't know, you don't stop developing until your 17 or 18 so you'll find that you chest will probably increase more then you think now in the next couple years. I wish my chest would grow too because I feel like I have nothing on my chest. But stuffing isn't right because people will notice and it just isn't right. Try a cupped bra. And remember, you're not the only one who think she's as flat as a board. I hope this helped :]
