if his fingers are well trimmed (and i also file my boyfriend's nails smooth), there shouldn't be a problem. but if it helps you relax, nothing wrong with using finger cots or gloves. less worries about bacteria and such that way too...
as long as theyre not sharp.. n its not urting you.. and eww.. dont do gloves.. takes all the fun out of it
If it hurts, ask him to stop. If it doesn't hurt then I wouldn't worry :)
Tiny tears often occur in the vaginal mucosa, they heal quickly, but can cause irritation. BTW the existence G-spot is debatable and is not a scientific term, having only been recognized due to anecdotal accounts.
As long as his hands are clean, fingernails trimmed short you should be fine. gloves and cots are not necessary.
