Will it affect my period and possible future babies?!

Question: I fell down on the ice today and hit my butt really bad. I was supposed to have my period today and I am sure it was happening before the fall, after which it suddenly stopped. It did not hurt @ first. It hurts a ton now.
I am only 13, but I keep thinking about what my grandma told me a while ago when the same thing happened when I was 8: " Get such a hard fall again, and your baby will be deformed!" Is that true?

No, don't worry, the eggs inside ur ovarys are deep inside u, the vagina is protected by lips and skin, plus that the 'hole' is inside and it has a little arch which is more closer to your body, and your bum is more thicker which acts as a barrier.
Hope your but feels better soon!

No. You could have caused trauma to that area and it might pick back up in a few hours or a few days. If you're really worried about it ask your mom about it or ask your dad to make you a doctors appointment. It's funny what our grandparents used to tell us like.... "kissing causes babies" I realize the truth to that but seriously... Anyway though I digress. I don't think that falling hard on your bottom would hurt your female organs. It'd only hurt a baby if you were pregnant.

Child deformity, not likely. If you hurt your bone structure bad enough, then it may affect whether or not you would be able to deliver vaginally. There are several "Old Wives' Tales" out there that many older people have trouble letting go of, but deformity, NO. If you are hurt badly, you should seek Medical treatment.
