Your breasts begin to develope before you have your period. Most girls start at 10-12 years old and a woman can get her period anywhere from 10 years of age all the way up to 23 years of age. It really has nothing to do with your period.

Normally, a girl's breasts begin growing before she actually gets her period, around the time she starts growing pubic and armpit hair. This is because puberty starts female hormone circulation. Those hormones cause breast and hair growth. But the hormones have to circulate for a while before they get up to a high enough concentration to start menstruation (periods). Breasts usually continue to grow until a girl has passed puberty (around 18 years old).
The 2 are not related like that. You can have breasts before you start your period.
Man this is different for everyone! Maybe a year.
my breasts started growing at 11, got my period at 13 then my breasts finished growing at about 16

simple question simple answer. everybody is different. Just because a woman starts her period doesnt mean her breasts will get bigger. I know many woman who never developed breasts. your body does go through changes but again every body is different. different person different outcomes
My daughter's breasts started to grow at the age of 9 and she got her first period about one year later. It all depends on the girl, genetics, nutrition, etc.
