Question: Ive heard that when you are on birth control for a long time , say like about 8 years and up you can not be able to have kids.
is this true and if it is what year can you stop so you can actually have kids?

No, this is not true. If anything, taking one type of birth control over a long period of time can make your body immune to that medication making it no longer effective in preventing pregnancy. If you stop the pill and wait a few weeks or sometimes even a month or two, then you should be able to get pregnant. If you can't, don't automatically assume that it was b/c you were on birth control too long. You should talk with your physician about your concerns.
you can stop and have kids when ever... you just have to wait like a few weeks after you stop taking it... and the hormones will die off...
Unless your birth control method is tubal litigation then no, this is not true. After you go off of birth control you will be able to get pregnant usually within three months
No.Just stop taking the pills and in a short time you can have kids.But I do know if you take it for a long time then you can actually stop having periods,then your doctor should take you off and your periods resume.I know my mom said this happened to her,but that was awhile ago,maybe birth control pills these days are different.
It will depend on some other factors too, such as your age. And if you have never gotten pregnant, you may not know anything about your fertility.
Not true. It has been studied extensively and fertility is not reduced. It may take 2-3 months to get going again, but women's fertility is not harmed.
