PMS Period cleaning?!


Question: Every time it gets close to the time of the month i get a sudden urge to clean my apartment and such. I dont understand why.
Does anyone have any clue why i get the urge to clean when i'm close to getting my period?
Anyone have any similar things happen to them?

nesting behavior due to hormone changes...my wife also goes on a cleaning spree....
