Question: I am going to be 18 in 6 months, I have always known that my breast wouldn't develop all that much. I have known that I have wanted breast implants for a very long time.

Unless you're a surfboard, dont worry about it! I know the general stereotype is "the bigger, the better" but it's not what every guy believes.
I, for one, don't like them to be much bigger than a C. my last gf was 34B if I remember correctly, and they were just about the right size.
This may sound awkward, but my sister prides herself in having small ones. Her philosophy is that they won't sag as much when she gets older.
So consider that! :) You wont be steppin on em as a grandma. jk
Besides, usually your body will keep itself proportionate in it's development -if your butt is on the smaller side as well, then big boobs will look weird.
Although I did once date a girl who had C's (if not D's) and a virtually flat butt. lol. So i guess exceptions to the rule exist, since she was 16 at the time (as was I)
I think you are way too young. They will get much larger as you go through a pregnancy. Decide after that if you want fake or not.
