when i started, i had light bleeding for the first month and a half and i was ready to give up, but this goes away and ive never regretted it since. it made my periods MUCH lighter, more regular, took away cramps and headaches, took care of acne and kept me from being pregnant all at once! stick through it, some people have different reactions, i just wore a thin panty liner every day for 2 months and it wasnt too bad, just a bit irritating

Depends really..... You shouldnt have a period to last more than 4 days.... usually mine are like 2 to 3 days...
there is first to everything. i am not expert, but i think it takes, a little over a month.
