Well, it seems you have no body fat. You may even need to gain some weight ... mainly muscle. But I am 8 lbs heavier, and 1 in taller. I am a 32B/34A. Boobs are just FAT! So, if you have not fat, you - more than likely - won't have boobs
uhm 30A 32A, it's what I wear 5'2 and 105. so we're pretty close. lol.
but everyone's body is diff. one girl I know is 110 and 5'3 and wears like 36B. and she's 13

It varies from girl to girl I guess.
I am a guy and I don't like boobs to big, I prefer a little smaller ones, most guys make fun of me for this but its just something I like that many guys don't. So it varies, be happy with what ya got =)
