Question: it's extremely itchy, and very swollen/puffy. like it's filled with something. i haven't had sex in about a month, so that's ruled out. i've noticed my urine has been a little cloudy, too. any ideas of what it may be?

The cloudy urine is definitely sign of bladder infection, which is not a big deal but needs to be treated.
If it is not severe (lot of pain and burning), drinking lots of cranberry juice or beer, if you're old enough, would take care of it in a couple of days. If continues, you must see a doctor.
Swollen "inner lip" or Libia Minoris, may be a more serious issue. See a doctor soon.
Sounds like an infection. Take some antibiotics.
sounds like a UTI. Go to the doctor.
you may need to see your doctor, could be a number of things.
You might have thrush?
Or it might be an infection but don't go on antibiotics because that will give you thrush and then you will have the same symptoms.
your doc would definitely know......
