No, it isn't reversible. Most victims of female circumcision have to have additional surgery to repair the area to prevent urine leaking (constantly) but the circumcision itself is not reversible.

so far it is not reversible, attempts have been made but there hasnt been good results
i think vasectomy (for men) is the only one that can be undone
