What does it mean if?...?!

Question: I have lower ''stomach'' pains (like near ovaries) when I move and lower back pains and feel dizzy?
It's a bit embarrassing but, haven't 'gone' in 2 days and needed to 2 days ago, but didn't have the facilities where I was(on a trip). Could that be the reason?

Yes it could be the reason, you may also be ovulating , or fixing to start on top of the constipation, making it feel worse and more cause for being dizzy. For the constipation try drinking hot drinks, coffee, tea....and a hot bath maybe that will help. As for the dizzy if it persist or becomes very bad you really should see your doc. Often there is no serious problem with dizziness, some people have the problem on and off forever. But to be safe and make sure it is not something easily fixed, if it persists see your doc. Otherwise hot stuff and happy pooping....lol..........sorry couldnt help it

ya, could be constipation.

I think you're constipated. Eating bread, rice, drinking some prune juice will help. Go to the pharmacy and buy some medicine for that. If the medicine doesn't work, you need to go to the doctor because it can be very dangerous if this problem isn't fixed. I had to go to the doctor for that when I was younger. It can be embarrassing, but it's important to go because it can be dangerous! But only go if the medicines arent working. Good luck!
