yeah i'm getting them too and i'm only 14, but my mom told me that it's just from puberty because of rapid growth and you can't do anything to hide them because it's your skin stretching out rapidly so no cream you put on the outside will help with the inside of your skin
so you just have to deal with it unfortunately and they will eventually fade to where you can barely see them
I got stretch marks on my legs when I was younger, they have faded now and only I can tell where they were.
Make sure you drink lots of water to help your skin cope after all it is your largest organ!
Get some Palmer's Cocoa Butter lotion and rub on it everyday. =)
( they should fade away, they are just from growth spurts )
