A doctor doesn't have the right to make you do anything you are not comfortable with. You should have been asked if you wanted that checked, it was not up to the doctor to decide. Didn't one of your parents go in with you? I don't think that it is normal procedure to inspect the genitals in a normal checkup.
I think that you should talk to an adult about this, there is potential for this doctor to get in trouble, and it's possibly a good idea that the police should be notified about what happened.

It depends on you age and the reason you were at the dr. You could have just gotten your first pelvic exam.......
Was it a gynocologist? If not, you need to tell someone about this.
ummm..at your age that is not really appropriate. it is also very unprofessional for the doctor to remove a patient's clothing. if you didn't want to have it done, you should have said something.
