Opinions please on these "symptons"?!

Question: Well for a few months now I have been getting really nauseous on and off. When I sit down for about 30 mins or more I get really dizzy. One day I even fell down. I usually have these weird feelings in my stomach, like a tap or twitch or whatever. Also, I get very annoying headaches. I don't like to take pills because they are hard to swallow. What do you think I should take for this? What do you think this is? Has this every happened to anyone.

I'm not doctor so I can't sit here and tell you whats wrong so the only thing I can do to help is to tell u to visit the doctor and find out whats wrong so that what ever u have doesn't get worse.

Have you been eating at least one hot meal per day? If not, see source one...it could be nutrition related...speak with your physician or health care professional (clinic or health department).

CO2 poisoning: Hypoventilation may be caused by inadequate respiratory effort, a tight wetsuit, overexertion, regulator malfunction, deep diving, or air supply contamination by exhaled gases. Hypoventilation can increase blood CO2 levels and cause shortness of breath and sedation. Severe cases can cause nausea, vomiting, dizziness, headache, rapid breathing, flushing, confusion, seizures, and loss of consciousness.

Excerpt above from second source below...is your home and work adequately ventilated?

See also the third source with Vertigo and inner ear problems...excerpt below:

Patients with chronic dizziness should be examined to rule out cardiac, neurologic, and metabolic causes.

could be pregnant, i'd suggest going to your doctor about all of this anyway.
