yes but guys like your tummy area to be the most lean, curves are for your breasts, bum and hip area... maybe thighs. . . .

mostly work out more and tone up, do lose a little weight you havent got tooo far to go....

Don't be self concious, just because some stars are puking for fun doesn't mean anyone who isn't is overweight.

nononononononononononono!!!!!

What is your waist measurement vs. your hip measurement? If the ratio is around 0.7, it's all right. If it's more, it means your fat is concentrated around your stomach and you might have mild insulin resistance=you need to exercise to help your body process sugar more effectively and to lose fat.

No. You are 5lbs under-weight. I bothered to reference your question rather than just think about it. Try to keep fit, not by running about all over the place - you could give yourself a heart attack doing that - just speed up your walking pace.

I was not joking about the heart attack thing. In the 1980s the UK government encouraged people to 'Get Fit' and it killed quite a number of them - they had heart attacks from jogging.
