I have the same problem, i am highly allergic to latex though. Okay so you can try
1- Trogan Ployerthain condoms-they are latex free and prevent std's and pregnancy
2- Lamb Skin Condoms- They only prtect against pregnancy NOT std's
3- Conceptrol speremacidal gel(you buy it in the same place as condoms) It it a dime size amout of gel that is in a tube and you insert it into your vagina......they also come in little pill forms that you insert with your finger BUT these products only prevent pregnancy not std's. Oh it also comes in a foam style to but I don't like that kind.

my gf has the same problem, ill ask her bout her birth control, but as for condoms, get non-latex

You should still be able to take the birth control pill, but stay away from the BC patch.
Also, you can buy latex-free condoms in most pharmacies =)
Birth control pills are so much better than condoms when you are with the same partner.
Some people just do not listen she said she was on birth control pills, anyhow you can buy non latex condoms at most drug stores. I don't blame you for wanting to use the extra protection good idea twins are a big load to handle. As for the gels and foams as contraceptive I do not know if reaction to them is rare or not but I do know when I used them I had abnormal cells show up on my pap and since stopping using it I have never had that again. Be careful.
