With the use of a hand held mirror, you should be able to see the "hair" better.
First take a shower so the hair goes to the surface of the skin and be sure to exfoliate. Then get a mirror and some tweezers and see if it comes out.
Mirror and safety pin. It will let all that stuff out with minimal pain. Unless you just want to hire me to do it and I can burn it out.
