Feeling fat...please help!?!


Question: I just feel fat. And when I look at myself in the mirror, I just see a big fat blob. Everyone tells me I'm not fat, I'm 5'9 and weigh like 128 pounds. My thighs are huge though. And so flubby. I just want to have nice legs that I don't have to be ashamed of. Today, I even thought about not eating to get rid of my flubby thighs.. I don't wan to be anorexic or anything, but the idea keeps popping into my head. I know I sound like I only want attention, but this is what I really am feeling.

Please help! I don't know what to do! I've tried exercising and it jsut doesn't seem to work. What should I do?

Oh i know your pain. I have the same kind of body, sometimes i just feel fat, and i have what have been dubbed "thunder thighs". BUt, don't let self image get to you. If your worried about your diet that doesnt mean you should stop eatingl... a lot of the time when you skip meals your body panicks the nect time you eat and stores more fat as a just in case. So if your worried try to eat lots of fruit for lunch instead of other fatty things. Maybe join a gym with a friend so you feel more inclined to work on youir body.

Just make sure your doing it for yourself. Theres no justification if its becuase of how other people see you. Just remember that if someone has a problem with how you look They are the insecure ones, and can shove it :) Good luck!

just by looking at your weight it pisses me off that you thibk your fat.

I think you are underweight for your height. You are far from fat.

I have been anorexic/ bulimic for nearly two years. This is not a rode you want to go down! Everyone has those days where they just feel like crap, but if you want to lose weight do it helathy work out, eat smaller portions, and cut out junk food.
