Playing outside, school, home.....(my period)?!

Question: When you first get your period is it some small stain in your underwear or does it just keep on comming out and make a big stain? cause when I am at school I dont really go to the bathroom that much(dirty)and when iam outside playing I don't think any of my friends would even tell me! I have the supplies and...but I need to know and if I don't iam to scared to ask any of my friends if they have any cause they are most likely going to say no( iam the second oldest in my class) PLUS at the end of every month when you restart how do you know like does it come out small? the first day? (at the end of every month) or do you just track down the days?

Your period is likely to begin lightly, proceed to a heavier flow, and then taper off. Unfortunately, it can become heavy enough to be conspicuous pretty fast, and not all women have a regular cycle, especially at first. If you see any sign of blood, feel dampness, or feel some (hopefully low-level) cramps in your lower abdomen, it would probably be a good idea to go to the bathroom. You might also want to wear dark pants and carry a change of underwear (and possibly a plastic bag you can hide, to put a bloodied pair in) if you think there's a chance of accidents.

depends.... talk to your mom.....oh and dont wear white pants!

Where a pad. Depending on the flow of your period, you should be good for at least 4 to 6 hours before you need to change it, and you won't have to worry about staining your underwear or going through your pants. (Jeans are more resiliant, by the way)

Count from the day you got your period 28 days ahead. That will give you somewhat of an indicator as to when you can expect your next one. You'll notice too, you'll get a little crampy (hopefully just a little) before your period starts, and that's a bit of forewarning.

when you first start it may be only light bleeding its diffrent for evrybody sometimes its alot. and your next period can be the same or lighter. its best to keep track of the date so you know when your next period is (evry 4 weeks). its best if you talk to your parents about it they will give you more infomation dont be scared
