Can you get a cyst right at the top of your pelvic bone?!

Question: i feel a lump or ball in my stomach, its small and just above my pubic bone.. cyst? what is it?
im 19
sexually active
havent had real period for 3 months
mother has history of cysts.
Do cysts stop your period? affect your period?

Well I dont know about that, really dont sound like a cyst, could be , but dont sound like it.... You need to have it seen about dear,,, Hope everything is ok...
