Any kind of infection you can get from vaginal sex you can probably get from anal sex. One very important thing to remember is to never allow your partner to go from anal to vaginal sex without washing, it can cause a nasty vaginal infection. You can go from vaginal to anal, but not the other way around.

yes, protected sex (condom use) has low risk but unprotected = http://www.cdc.gov/hiv/resources/qa/qa22...

Of course. Try HIV, Hep C, Gonorrhea, Syphilis, HPV. The least likely is a yeast infection.

Are you kidding?..... where do you think HIV/AIDS came from? Just google it.

ofcourse you can.

anal sex can cause you to have a lot of problems, stay away from it.

no different that any other type of sex for that. Always pee after any penetratino sex tho.

never, never go from anal to vaginal without good washing.

Your fecies have a lot of things that can make you sick and your anus is well formed to protect you from these.

I believe you are less likely to get infections because it is more protected and not a fertile area like the vagina.

The danger is tearing/friction. Not using enough lube and taking time to relax can rip the lining/skin and open your blood stream to lots of nasty stuff from your own body and your partners.

Try to be clean back there, use an enema first if you can stand it.

Have him use a condom which dramatically reduces friction and tearing. Use lots of lube - double what you might think you need.

Go to the bathroom afterwards and wipe and examine for blood. If you see blood, wash the area right away.

As long as you are careful and adult about the hygiene, you should be fine.
