A period question. Please answer!!?!
Question: During your period are you supposed to feel kinda weak? Cause I do. And then I kinda have fast heart beats... And I guess I kinda have short breathing? Those are the signs of anemia but Im not sure. Im only 11 and have been having my period since I turned 11. Im not sure what to do.

you should eat and sleep well, also take supplements and probraly lot's and lot's of water..
Take lots of Iron, and vitamins!!!!!!
you just hurt alot down there if you hurt use a heating pad
its because your losing blood, eat&drink plenty!!!!!!!
its aight, try to stay away from a lot of salt though, but when you are hungry DEF eat!
