Breast Enlargement B to DD Cup?!

Question: In 2 weeks i will be having breast implants, i have wanted to have this procedure done from about the age of 15 and im now 22, so please no answers saying how horrible fake boobs look and how they are unattractive because me personally doesn't think they are, i think Jordan looks fab so please none of that, i have looked at some older questions and answers regarding this and there was just answer after answer from women saying how fake breasts look horrible and i don't think so, so please none of that. i am booked in to have size D implants on the 14th march and i'm really considering calling the hospital and changing this to DD implants, i feel i am going to regret not going bigger, has anyone been in a similar situation who could give me some good advice, i have thought long and hard about this and just because i feel the need to make my breasts bigger does not make me a horrible person so no abuse please

I just got mine done today. I went from a B to a full D. I also wanted to go DD but it would have been difficult to get it that big, since I started out with a small B in the first place. Also, I think that the D looks perfect on me. The DD would have been way too big. Another thing to consider is the pain level, especially if you are getting the sub-muscular implants like I did. The bigger the implants, the more soreness and pain you are going to feel during those first couple of days of recovery. I feel horrible, but it is relieved with my pain meds. Anyway, that's just my opinion. Do what you feel you would like because in the end you are the one who has to live with it. Good luck!

i'd probably just go with the D so people won't automatically know your boobs are fake.

I used to have DD breasts (natural), I always wished they were D because the lingerie stores have more options on D sizes. Take VS for example, all the cute bra models only come in sizes up to D...

Just D. A B from DD is a huge jump, and they probably won't look right on your body shape. D cups are already pretty big. Since the change would be so dramatic, there would probably be a higher chance that something goes wrong and you end up being scarred for life with weird boobs.

It depends on your body frame. I got implants when I was 20 (I'm 25 now) and I got full C's and I think they are absolutely the perfect size. Sometimes I actually think they're too big and I try and make them look smaller (SOMETIMES). If you have a small frame (non-broad shoulders and small hips) I don't recommend getting DD implants because they will look too big...a "D" should be fine...remember, D's are big too.

All I can say is I hope you enjoy the results, and the attention you will get, (both wanted and unwanted!). because you are going to have to live with the results the rest of life!

DD from a B? WoW Big Difference. I do not thing even a D is that good of an idea. My boyfriends mom had a B cup and went to a C cup and she talked about how you felt like you had an elephant on your chest. They look big enough.

I am a big breasted girl D cup and I could not explain to you how much my back bothers me. It is an unexaplinable feeling. Your posture will never be the same, your back will never be the same, and you will get SOOOO sick of men gawking at you. I think you should love the body your in and realize that you are beautiful just the way you are. I'm serious when I say this you really need to think about what you are doing. Pain for the rest of your life.

It depends on your height if you are tall and curvy you could probably get away with having DD cup and it look natural but if you are short having DD cup will make them look realy fake. its whatever you think you would be most happy with if you want DD go for it but talk it through with your surgion first he will give you the best advice

i think you should go w/ the D your not very tall, it could make the porportions of your body wierd

I am 5'4 with a DD, but I'm only a size 2. They are too big for me when I am dressed (clothes make implants look big for some reason) but with clothes off they look perfect.
If you go to a D they might look a little small, DD they might look a little big, just depends on what you would prefer though. I wish I had gone a little smaller.
