You really can't. Even urine and blood tests aren't 100% accurate (although they're very close), so without them, you can't be sure.
If you're worried about cost, you can try a free clinic. If you're worried about your parents finding out, I would see you can get someone to drive you to the drugstore to buy a pregnancy test. You can use it in the bathroom in the store after you buy it.
