Pilates is perfect for toning your abs. Be sure you're doing it properly by keeping you belly-button pulled in and the small of your back pressed to the floor. Don't let your belly bunch up while doing the exercises. Otherwise, keep up the good work. You're doing great!

sit ups

Photoshop. Just kidding.

If it's really important to you, go to a personal trainer. Mine costs $60/week for two sessions a week.

sit ups,and any type of lower torso ab workout.

Pilates should work your abs.........but not as good as good old crunches.

That actually just looks really gross.

I would say lots of exersie and weight lifting

Make sure you eat right and definitely exercise!!!!
I have almost achieved a stomach and abs like that simply because I have done alot of abdominal exercises.
I strongly suggest going out and buying an exercise ball. The ball comes with a chart of exercises you can do that really really help you achieve your desired look. Trust me, they work. You won't see results over night, but I gurantee you that in about 2 weeks, you should start feeling and seeing a difference.

eat 6 mini meals and find your actual calorie needs....
you may be eating too little

if you have the money a bodybugg is a godsend

ugh, sorry. I have to watch myself.

You sound like in good weight though. but if you want to get a good belly, just try exercises like curl ups, situps, and yoga probably helps.

p.s. sorry about commenting the picture. ):
I'm not usually like that. (:

It's great that you want to achieve flat abs, but it may not be 100% realistic depending on your body type. It is a good goal though. You can do many exercises to tighten and firm that area such as: ab crunches, situps, etc. but the best thing you can do along with those exercises is find a good, healthy diet that works for you (not one of those crazy fad things tho). For me cutting out carbs and sugars and drinking enough water helped me get more fit. You don't neccessarily need to get a trainer either if you are disciplined enough in your routine. Good luck with your goal!

RUN

Why would you want to look like that it's not very femenine women look better with less muscular stomachs
