If I understand your posting: You have asked your mom to take you to the doctor, and she cannot or will not... Correct.
and there is no chance that you are PG.... Correct....
How about you go talk to the school nurse, tell her everything you have told us,,,, and maybe she can call you mom about getting you into a doctor,,,, If you have no health insurance the school nurse can give your mom information about a county health dept that can see you .. possible...

Have you looked up the symptoms of cyclic vomiting syndrome? It is a rare neuro gastric disease, but has prolonged symtoms of being tired, having headaches ,and stomach aches. This Its usually common with children, but many adults develop CVS out of nowhere. You might wanna look into it!

i think its either anxiety or your pregnant if you have been having sex, even if you are only 15 you will be pregnant. go to see the doctor, if you can't get to the doctor take a pregnancy test at least then you will know if you are or not
