How do I deal with this problem?!

I suggest use a tampon during that time. Put it into place right after you change, and you will be fine until the end of the meet when you change back into clothes ( you won't be at risk of TSS unless you leave the tampon in for longer than 8 hours), you can change the tampon sooner if you want.

Get some tampons darling make sure you change it right before you get in. You should be fine :)
Go to your doctor and get some meds just so you can postpone your period. My period was due on the day of my dance concert, but I went to the doctor, got the meds, and they didn't come until i stopped taking the pills.
