The first time can be painful when the hymen breaks upon penetration. It can also feel like a lot of pressure. There can also be some blood. Not all girls bleed and not all have pain. I never bled but there was a lot of pain. There wasn't pleasure for the first few times.
Other activities besides sex can break the hymen also. However, that does not mean sex will be pain free as the vagina has not yet stretch to accommodate the size of a penis.
hey there, yeah when i had sex for the first time, it really did hurt and i bledd quite a lot. but for some people, they don't bleed at all .. it depends on the person tbh!
It all depends on the person and the persons pain tolerance hun. If you are thinking about sex for the first time and you want to see how much it will hurt, you could use a sex toy or a tube-like object and stick it in a little bit.
Sorry for the odd sounding suggestion, but for the most part once you have done it once or twice the pleasure will be far greater than any pain.
