Does anyone else get nauseous before their period?!

Question: I have before, and I've talked to other women who have. It's a side effect of the hormone progesterone, which dominates the body during the luteal phase (which lasts from when you ovulate to when your period starts). This is actually the same hormone that causes nausea in early pregnancy - it just comes in smaller amounts for non-pregnant women.
