All young adults hit something called puberty from around 12-18. You're probably just a "late bloomer." Don't worry, but if you'd like more advice, make a visit to your local doctor.
It took me a while to get it too. Don't worry about it. Nothing is wrong. Be glad that you don't have to shave. Report It

    I didn't get any till I was 18 or 19, and got my period when I was 14. Not a big deal. Be happy.
    Don't worry, you're fine. Be happy. It's a pain in the butt to shave.
    i really dont see the problem, i would kill not to have underarm hair
