It may be true the, male is the ruler! But it doesn't make him the RULER if you know what I mean. If not then, I have found that it could be your wife or friends menstraul cycle. And I've read, That the 12th day after mentuation starts, it's a boy. After the thirteeth day the, women steps in. Depends on morning or evening. If you want a girl, hold off untill the 14th day.
It's the man who "decides." The woman contributes an x chromosome every time and the man contributes either an x (making a girl) or a y (making a boy).
