Can the lines on hpts get darker as they dry?!

Question: I took 2 hpts and both were negative but when I looked at them after they were dry there were faint pink lines on both test! Could the lines have been too light to see when wet? Could they have gotten darker as they dried?

if they turned color 20 minutes after, then no, but if it was only a few minutes then you could be pregnant and you may have not peed enough. i think you should go to the doc and get a blood test to be certain. good luck.
