Can ballet make your breasts smaller?!
Question: My mom once told me that dancing ballet can make my breasts a lot smaller than they are now. Before I took ballet, I was flat-chested. I'm worried because I want them to get a little bigger. I was wondering if my mom is trying to discourage me from dancing or if she's telling the truth.

I think that the main issue is that, ballet dancer's are extremely fit and strong, so ballet dancers are often very thin, and thin people often don't have large boobs. It can also be a matter of if a person is soo fit and constantly exercising, that it can delay the onset of your first period and also general development.
I'm not sure how to true this is, however, my brother's ex-girlfriend in high school had been dancing since she was 3, and she has huge boobs!
Just tell your mom, " I can tell you must have been a great ballet dancer."
