Wow, I didn't realize some people have never had sex without a condom. I'm glad I grew up in the 70s-80s! Yes, it will run back out but not all. You can seriously still get pregnant. In fact, this is how you DO get pregnant.

How do you think that you get pregnant????? Of course not all of the semen stays in the vagina some is bound to come out. But sex without a condom is not advisable you could end up with a nasty STD.
am a 2nd yr bsn student, we were taught that even when a condom is in check chances of getting her preggy is still 2/10. But it does leak out without a condom, that's why infertile couples who try their best in making it, are advised that the wife should lie down to keep the semen from leaking out. But even if it does leak out, chances of getting pregnant are wey beyond 9/10.
Yeah SOME of it does, but this does not in any way protect against pregnancy or STI's!This is where the rumour comes from that standing up during sex stops pregnancy. It doesn't! A man produces millions of sperm in his semen, and the space we actually have leading to our womb is actually quite small so some of it leaks back out! Apparently orgasms help hold more of it in because of the muscle contraction! But thats another story!
