What did I do to myself?!
Question: On thursday, I had this SHARP pain in my lower left abdomen around my hip bone. It hurt to laugh, sit, stand, walk and everything. I was at school, and I thought I had a twisted ovary or something. One of my friends said it was bowel movements. Being that I'm a "ballerina" I never really had cramps before. (only once)

Could be a torsion, those are killer! If you have polycystic ovary syndrome, a cyst could cause that kind of pain, especially if they burst. (Ick, I know.) Probably not appendicitis, altho you can sometimes get pain on the opposite side; well, I guess and then there are the rare ppl who have the appendix on the opposite side.
In short, if it persists, see a doctor.
Ovulating
I get it sometimes. Its horrible. it should be fine
did it feel kind of like a lump? you should be fine.
if it starts to hurt a lot, like without you doing anything, then maybe go see a doctor, but otherwise you should be fine
