It could perhaps be that you just have a weak bladder, and you could try strengthening exercises, like when you need to go, just hold on a bit longer to try and strengthen the muscles. It could also be a sign of a urinary tract infection. Going, and then needing to go right again after, is a symptom of a urinary tract infection. It may just be mild though if this is the only symptom presenting itself. However, if you also have symptoms such as cloudy or whitish coloured urine, or pain and burning when you urinate, or extremely frequent urination, then it's very likely you have a urinary tract infection.
