Post partum diet and flatulence?!


Question: I had a baby three months ago and am struggling to let go of these last pounds... For the past two weeks I've been very carefully with what I've been eating: healthy breakfasts, fruits and veggies, and/or organic chicken/fish with salads or rice for dinner. I seem to be more flatulent than usual though, does this mean my body is getting rid of all the bad toxins in my body? I would also like to note that I drink nothing but water and am breastfeeding.

I would probably say that your more gassy because your body's not quite used to the foods your eating though since its a pretty big change. Also chicken and fish cause a lot of flatulence. Youll eventually get used to eating what you do, but its normal. Hope this helps!

A change in diet cacn often make you have more gas, things like fruits and veggies can do that too! Try buying some gas x or something like that, maybe beano.
